St. Francis is a neighborhood church & day school. Its quiet location within the piney woods of the Memorial Villages in West Houston, set the subtle tone for the exterior campus signage and new logo. Due to deed restrictions & setbacks within the neighborhoods and in working with the Village, the Main Identification sign was able to be “slipped-over” the Existing Site ID to maintain its grandfathered setback, keeping it closer to the street for added visibility.
