Ashford Place is a multi-tenant office park located within Houston’s Energy Corridor District. The buildings are referred to as #4, #5, and #6 Ashford. The client requested exterior building signage be reviewed and updated for a more contemporary appearance. The building numbers were used in large scale as a background for the individual clear lexan tenant names. In developing signage guidelines, logos were not encouraged and typography was consistent for each tenant listing.
